What the contact form collects

Your name, company, email address, phone number and location, the message you write, and any files you attach. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no tracking pixel on this site.

Where your files go

The form sends one email to ENQUIPA with your message and your files attached. That email is delivered through Resend and lands in a Google Workspace mailbox that only Alex Apanovich reads. Your files are not uploaded to a public bucket, a CRM, a shared drive or a third-party quoting service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that turn into projects are kept for as long as we support the equipment, because your drawings are part of the record of what we built. Enquiries that do not go anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, by return.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless your project needs it and you know about it. If a job goes to a machining, fabrication or controls partner, they see only what they need to quote and build their part of it — and they are under the same confidentiality terms we are.

We do not sell contact details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

NDAs

We sign NDAs as a matter of course, before drawings change hands, and we are happy to work under yours rather than ours. If you would rather have the NDA in place before you send anything, call (864) 501-3936 and we will start there.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, the box on the contact form that checks you are not a bot; it may set a short-lived cookie on that page for that purpose. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it in a readable form, or ask us to delete it. Call (864) 501-3936 or use the contact form and say so in the message.
