ALIAKSANDR (ALEX) APANOVICH
FOUNDER
Alex Apanovich founded ENQUIPA to design, build and support the kind of production equipment he has worked with for almost 20 years — from assembly lines and turnkey packaging lines to robotic cells.
He has worked in South Carolina since 2014, and for five years led robotics projects across North America for an Italian robotics manufacturer, from RFQ through installation, commissioning and operator training.

From the line to the cell
I started on an assembly line, improving methods a shift at a time, then moved into mechatronics, controls and complete turnkey lines. I came to the US in 2014 and started over on the floor as a CNC technician, moved into machine design for a shop serving Tier-1 automotive suppliers, ran my own design-build business, and then spent five years delivering robotic systems across North America.

Working with ENQUIPA
You talk directly with the people designing and building your equipment. Specialists — controls and PLC, robotics and laser applications, CNC machining, fabrication and industrial additive — are brought in where each is needed. Scope and price are fixed in writing after a scoping call.
Outside the shop
Alex is an Ironman triathlete and rides whenever he can — road bike or motorcycle. Long races teach the same thing long projects do: plan the pace, prepare for what goes wrong, and finish.
